38 Frame-up aka Tommy Evans R

I'm just in a murder a few minutes ago. Hot sauce.

I find you home. Well, what brings you out this lady like to lay there? One of the boys in the home is I detail trucking me just as I ride at home. Had a murder case early this evening.

Yeah, I heard the call go out over the radio. Hey, yeah? The boys made the rest on the call yet? They took someone in the cup to be just a few minutes ago. Good. I hope they hang it all right.

Well, that's what I wanted to come over and see about Captain. I'll tell you mine, Kalis. Ed, you've been one of my best friends for years, ever since we started pounding pavement together. During the years I told you I'm mine, Frank.

Just this young Tommy Evans who killed a knight. Tommy? Yeah. He was killed just outside the paradise club on Grand Avenue. He was killed by a man in a blue roadster. What are you getting at, Frank?

A Coleman Kelly saw the whole thing. He said Tommy Evans came out of the club and started to crawl up taxi. Some fellow had been, had been parked across the street in a blue roaster.

As Evans came up, the fellow got out of his car and killed Evans with a 38 automatic. Well, as well as as the son of the fellow quite clearly, that is he saw how he was dressed.

Said the murderer was wearing a light-grade topcoat, a black derby, a bright red scar. That's a lie! Take it easy in. You're estimating that my son Pat killed Tommy Evans. He was arrested just a few minutes ago.
