The Last Escape AFRS

Look, Mrs. North, we want my sister's baby and we want it right away. You're gonna get hurt. Griff, listen, there's someone at the door. It's my husband. Now we'll see. Let's see what? Griff, put that gun away.

Damn! Jerry, darling, look out! Mr. and Mrs. North, starring Alice Frost and Joseph Curtin. Listen as Pam and Jerry solve the mystery, the last escape. A taxi turns into a narrow Manhattan street, move slowly to the front of a red brick tenement and stops.

This morning it's two passengers, a mild colorless young man in his 20s, and a tall, stately determined woman of 60, who are 3,000 miles away in California. But that's not important. For women like Victoria Jamison, no distances too far and no obstacle too great to keep them from getting what they want.

There you are. 84 Willette Street. You want to wait for you? Yes. And you two fall. Oh, his mother, I want to see Susan. This isn't a social visit, Paul. The good lord, mother. Susan's my wife.

Was your wife, Paul? Was. Now I won't be long. I'm merely going to tell Susan we come for the baby. You come for the baby. You're the one who's taking Dickey away from Susan. Now make that clear to her.

If I thought you really wanted me to, I would. But I don't. Mother, listen. This will take only a few moments. You say something mister? What? Oh no, no, I... I didn't say anything. So can't you shut that kid up?

So... Hey, so will you... Hey, what's going on? Can't you hear the kids squalling? So you're brats! Ruth, come here! What? Look out the window. You see the woman getting out of the taxi? What about her?
