Salesmanship Book Arrives

I don't believe that's our ring. I know this law, I'll believe you're right. No, see. Hello, John, I'm down the store. This is Roman Abner. Let's see what's going on down in Pine Ridge. The Bercone salesmanship, which LUM sent for in an effort to pep up the sales at their John Down store, arrived today.

And as we look in on the little community now, we find the old fellows down at their store eagerly unwrapping the new volume. Well hurry up and I'm right but no I'm just mustin' to hear what it says.

Oh this is the best idea I've ever had yet, is it? Well it's not. And they charge the two dollars for it but I granny's I believe it's gonna be worth it. Doggy then things does come high don't they?

Granny's look at that. Ain't that a dandy? Or a big landbag. Magic salesmanship. Sixty secrets of sales, I've said. Secrets? I don't know if there's some oddness wrong if any kind of a secret. Oh, you sure make time, Reed, set up and take notice now.

Wait, wait. Yeah, all we got to do is read this book and we'll increase our sale 72 per cent in three days. 72 per cent. That's what the advertisement said. Imagine selling 72 times as much stuff as we've been selling.

Well, we ain't got 72 times as much stuff as sell-all on them. Dennis, maybe we better sit down and order a batch of stuff or we even read the book. No, we used to learn all these new ideas if we ain't got too much in the eyes to sell folks after they come in.
