Make no mistake, accept no substitute for lycra. Lycra, no boys, are unclear. Now is everybody prepared for it? Do you know who we are? Well, I've got no boys to first meal. Yes, today is Christmas Eve.

A day when the whole world should be rejoicing in anticipation of the birthday tomorrow of the Christ Child. Yes, it's Christmas, neighbor, And the doe boys have arranged a program of Christmas music we think you're going to enjoy.

There'll be an occasional thought by your old friends, Jack Perry and Texel Ted Julie. Our sponsor, the Burris Mills, Millers of Lycra, the finest of fine-flower johnnets and wishing you a fine old-fashioned Christmas. And now the doe boys opening with a spirited song of Christmas time.

Easily remembered and must be sung, jingle bells. All right, boys. I wish you the joy of Christmas, the spirit we repose. We wish you the peace of Christmas to mark the old years' close.

We wish you the hope of Christmas to cheer you on your way, and a heart of faith and gladness to face each coming day. You know, many of us, I'm sure, will have a good and bountiful Christmas this year, and many more will not.

There will be hearts to the sad because of the lost loved ones. There will be little children who will be bypassed because Santa, well, Santa just couldn't get to where they live. In the hope that we will awaken your interest in those who will share in the happiness of Christmas only if we remember,

I should like to read a poem I read over the radio for many, many Christmases. It is one of my favorites and well perhaps you two will like it. Christmas is a cruel day for mothers who are poor.
