Exam for Lieutenant

You two quarters. There's time at better. One broadside into it, you please, Captain Bush. Point to some target. Prince Tops, really? I'm Michael Redgrave, as C.S. foresters in Dominable Man of the Sea, a racial horn blower.

Any moment a squadron of Spaniards might push out suddenly and pounce all this. But we reached Gibraltar without incident, and Captain Piliu left the ship to pay his respect to the Port Admiral.

And he returned. He sent for me in this cabin. And as I went below, I wondered nervously what crimes I had committed. Acting Lieutenant Hongdah, sir? Ah, Mr. Hongdah. Acting Lieutenant A, you like that dutton?

Vision to Wilson? Better than Mitch, you're funny. Oh, yes. Still, not so good as Lieutenant A. Uh, no, sir. Well, Mr. Hongdah, and you ought to consider this good news. There will be an examination for lieutenant tomorrow, Captain's Board.

What do you think of that, eh? Well, I'm... Certainly interested, sir. Of course you are. The examination will be held above the old prison hulk over there. You're Santa Barbara. You are ready to take it? I hope Mr. Montvarn will I...

Are you? Yes. You have heard my orders acting for two months now. Is that right? 30%. If you pass this examination, then the day after tomorrow you will be a full lieutenant with no nonsense about it.

no nonsense about it and you had too much seniority. Oh, it's sound wonderful, but what? Well, nothing, sir. It was, I was just thinking what would happen if I should fail. You would revert to midship and naturally, and you'd lose about eight months of seniority, because it's for six months at least, before you could try again.
