You came to me with a gun. You call it righteousness. Call it by its right name. Murder. Have gun. Will travel. Starring Mr. John Dana as Paladin. San Francisco.

1875. The Carlton Hotel. Headquarters of a man called Paladin. Oh, what a missed one. I'm sorry I frightened you didn't I? Yes, sir. I was going to knock on your door and all of a sudden you come out.

Oh, you surprised me, Sir Wong. You're making the rounds a little earlier this morning, aren't you? Yes, sir. Many extra rooms to be clean for new guests. Big convention for railroad men begins today. Oh, that's right. I forgot.

Looks like I'll miss all the excitement. Were you going, Mr. Paolo, then? To Greenwood. Oh, is that long way from San Francisco? No, not far as about 30 miles. What then maybe you come back before convention ends?

Miss Wong, if it's like that last convention we had at the Carlton, now just as soon as stay away until it's over. Oh, is that Miss Wong, remember, plant the noisy? I'll say it was.

I'll say it was, oh me. Miss Wong, remember something else too. What's that? They make plenty big mess in rooms. Oh, bet. Well, that stage you'll be leaving in a few minutes. I better get downstairs.

Don't work too hard, Miss Womack. Are you sorry? You have a nice trip, Mr. Parliament. Thank you. For some years now, we've been asking you to send your dollars to care to help the hungry and needy overseas.

Here's what some of those dollars have done. They've bought milk and sterilization equipment so that a hundred thousand school children in Israel can have a glass of milk every day. Thanks to this equipment, Israel is now providing its own milk for these children, so the next Care dollars can go to help another needy area.
