The Golden Gate Quartet Sings 080

I heard those echoes calling called and voices saying Howdy neighbors, this is Tom Scott the Golden Gate Quartet and I would like to say hello and welcome welcome to a quarter hour of spirituals by the Golden Gate Quartet Some of their rhythmic songs will set your toes to tapen.

Others are rich in melody, but whatever their temple, fast or slow, these are all songs you won't forget. Songs that speak of patience, faith and love, the hopes of all mankind. These are the spirituals of the Golden Gate Quartet.

Singing with me at the heart! Be still, be not afraid. The Lord will surely come and take thee to his home to dwell. It may be today at midnight or at noon. But he's coming soon to take his children away from these hard trials.

Well, when there are hard trials, there are great tribulations. Hard trials are bound to lead this world. Great Tribulation, ah, ah, try, I'm bound to leave this world

Well, Memphis, Memphis is my faith, Memphis till I die And if I thought I'd die tonight, I'd stay on the Methodist side Well, leave them hard, try, oh, it's great Great Tribulation, ah, try, oh, it's great Well, when the heart, oh, it's great Great Tribulation, ah, try, oh, it's great I'm bound to leave this world in one that heart, I am

God is great, great revelation, heart, I'm bound to leave this world And waiting with this darkness has passed away, like the robes that the angels wear, we shall no longer roam, And by the pearly gates gladly waiting, they will walk on us home, so won't you wait till I get on my robe?
