Hello from Four Friends First Comic - Hopalong Cassidy

I'm the comic weekly man, the jolly comic weekly man, and I'm here to read the funnies to you happy boys and honeys. Yes boys and girls, it's comic weekly time, and here I come right into your house to bring a little fun and happiness.

Right out of the pages of Fuck the Comic Weekly, straight into your living room, your friend the comic weekly man, the jolly comic weekly man. Hello! Well, little Miss Sally, how are you today? Oh, and just fine. And I'm supposed to tell you, hello, from four of my friends.

Four of? Mm-hmm. They told me to tell you that they just love the comic weekly. Well, isn't that wonderful? What are their names? Well, they're three brothers and their sisters, and their names are Susie, and Jean, and Lenny, and Bert.

Well, just for that, we'll have to read the funnies for them, especially today. So now here we'll read Pock the Comic Weekly in just a moment, but before we do, let's listen to this nice man.

Now here we go with Pock the Comic Weekly, and on the top of the first page, Hop Along Cassidy. Oh, this is getting so exciting! Oh, you bet it is. So here we go with Hop Along Cassidy.

Magic words for the music, please. Very well, lady. Six guns blazing as you thunder so long. Give us music for Hop Along. Hopi, California, and Lucky have miraculously escaped from the outlaw's hideout when they set it a fire.

They're taking Felipe toward his father's hacienda, a Spanish word for home. Slote and his henchmen have spotted them, and they've written into a town called Rio Vista and have told the sheriff there that Hopi, California, and Lucky have kidnapped Felipe.
