Jewelry Store Owner Is Killed For A Watch

Yes, Philip. Are you sure that this is the right jewelry store? Of course it is. You see the sign in the window?

Yes, I do. Well, all right, then, Jay. Stone Jewel. Good. Now, give me that gun and open the door. You didn't have to tell me to open the door, Philip. I know how you are about your fingerprints.

I'm glad you know. All right. Yes, the gun. No, my pet, don't be so tempted. Oh. Shall we go in? Okay. I'll be free. You certainly can. You have something I desire very much. You certainly can. You have something I desire very much.

For the young lady? Hardly. Well, just what is it you had at my... That watch hanging in your jeweler's cage. I'm sorry, that watch belonged to someone besides it's being repaired. Will you stop the chatter?

Now, if you'll step to this counter, I have the finest... Don't Mr. You're wasting your time. When Philip says he wants something, he wants it. But you don't understand, that watch doesn't belong to me. I can't sell it.

I don't want to buy it. But I thought you said... Oh, that's correct. No. Get the watch, Cora. Yes, but I don't understand if this is a hold up there, diamond bracelets, those gold rings, Star Sapphire's, but that watch, why do you want that?

Didn't you hear what the lady said when I want something I wanted, and I want that wristwatch? Here it is, Philip. Thank you, Cora. This is ridiculous. There's no reason for you to take a second hand watch. I can't possibly...

There was apparently no reason for my killing him, either, Cora. But I did it. And now on to Dick Palmer as Boston Blucky, enemy to those who make him an enemy, friend to those who have no friend.
