The Peters Mix-up

Hey Phil, when I get rich, you know what I'm gonna do. What?

I'm gonna buy a motorboat just like this. That's what I'm gonna do. You're a pike, Joe. When I get rich, I'm gonna buy a lake like this. If you're a good guy, maybe I'll let you use my lake for your motorboat.

Ha ha ha. They'll know Santa that party you're trying to find yet? Yeah, not yet. See, what's the story on this thing we're on? thing we're on they didn't tell me anything I had quarters except to meet your parents they caught it from well we got a gift from some citizen that he saw

something dumped in the lake so we got to find it and hey I think we did I look over there that's it all right so nice work you know I'll kill the engine the idea who it is there's some mud Bradley got in bad with his boss or his mob and was invited to take a bath the hard way yeah lean over with me help me drag him

Right. A fine job for two cops. Well, it's better than directing traffic. I'll grab his legs. Get a grip on his coat. Right? You ready? Get? All right. It goes. All right. That's it. Rest it on the deck, Phil.

Hey, idea? Yeah. Yeah. That's it. Hey. Recognize it, got you? No. No. He's no local hood. I can tell you that. Eh, the palin' his coat hasn't been touched. I guess whoever knocked him off don't care if we are able to identify him.

I guess not. Anything else on his clothes? Eh, yeah, this wallet. Eh, no dough. Eh, take a look at his identification card. Name Walter Peters. Address Harrison Hotel. In case of accident, notify... Hey, do you see what I see?
