The Merry-go-round Murder

Blacky, this is the life. Alone with you and a handsome cabotoyam. Who could want anything better? The horse, maybe. He may be smart and prefer his bed to the park. Do you know it was 2am?

I can tell by the stars. In a position of the moon. And besides, I just looked at my watch. Well, at least you're impressed I drive it. It wasn't going to chuckle. Well, I ain't impressed with her telling time of the moon and stars, son.

I'm impressed because you're blossom-blacky. You see? You are, ain't you? Yes, but don't tell your horse, you might quit. Eh, and you must be Miss Wesley. Inch you lady? Heh, my main fault is I'm curious.

Yes, driver, I'm Miss Wesley. That's my main fault, too. In as much as it's 2 o'clock, Mary, I think we'd better head for the nearest exit of the town. Let's get out of the park, driver.

Alright Mr. Blackhead. Oh no, I was just beginning to enjoy this. Wait a minute. I hear an organ somewhere. It's the merry-go-round over there. Oh yes it is. See the lights shining through the trees?

Yes I do. The merry-go-round running wide open at 2 o'clock in the morning. This is crazy. Hold it driver. Oh sure. Hold it. Hold it. Wait here I'm in a driver. Come on, Mary. Let's have a look.

Oh but I... The carousel shouldn't be running at this time of night. be closed up tight by sundown come on all right you'll wait for a driver here's a path through the hedge mary yeah I see it's okay the carousel it's turning yeah I don't funny I'm saying wonder where the operator is I don't know that
