I did a bond to it during the Second World War. There was hope and Crosby and Kagnie. Most of the big stars. Desi Ina's. We were raising money. And we played Boston and Philadelphia and in most of the big cities.
And we got to many apples. There wasn't any big theater to play there. So we did our show in the railroad station. Then I told the audience that I knew a girl in Minneapolis. She was also known in St. Paul.
She used to come over to visit me. And she was known as the Tale of Two Cities. I didn't sell him all bonds, but they didn't allow me to appear anymore.
