AWHM ep20 Kitty Tells Diatz About Jeffreys Past

A float with Henry Morgan. Kitty is so deeply in love with Jeffrey Hunter that she cannot believe he doesn't return her love, not realizing that he only feels for her gratitude and pity. Dierts, who knows of Jeffrey's infatuation for Dolores, is eager that Kitty should learn of it. So, knowing when Jeffrey intends visiting Dolores, he and Kitty hide in the Garden of

of government house and see Jeffrey making love to her. Seeing this, Kitty's love changed just a hate, but instead of turning to deats as he expected, she still will have nothing to do with him.

But he knows his turn is coming. The imitation gem with which Dolores hopes to make Morgan betray the hiding place of the necklace is made, and she now waits her chance to use it. At the Dolphin Tavern, Kitty tells Jeffrey how she now hates him.

They're interrupted by a man who claims to know Jeffrey, but Jeffrey ignores him and leaves. Then the stranger tells Kitty that Jeffrey is a convict, who's been set out from England. So it's as big as it is.

It's never your mind. But what you've been telling me interests me vastly. I'd like to hear more. Are you sure that is the man? When his name's underrated, he comes from England, Delty? Well, it's foolish that I've been.

I should have realized, why I'd worth it, Jeffrey Hunter didn't want to talk about himself. Tell me, how long would it be now since this man Hunter was sent out and why was he sent?

Well, don't I? How long it was exactly, but not so very long ago. And how can I be sure that what you say is correct? How can you be sure? Listen, lady, was not through me he was convicted.
