What happens
Captain Harris and the crew of the exploration ship Titan land on a remote planet to meet Holman, a man who has lived there alone for twenty-two years and who claims to have found a native human race. Holman's companion is Celia, a woman he says is shy and rarely seen. The crew hears Holman describe the zares, the blue, slimy creatures he regards with deep hatred, and his early attempts to make contact with the village he believes is hidden nearby. The story is part of the X Minus One radio series, first broadcast on January 30, 1957, on NBC.
