What happens

Tarzan and his companions are captured by Hessehérian warriors and escorted into the forbidden city of Opar. Haqe-ru, the Hessehérian leader Tarzan once rescued from a python, pleads for their lives before the council and the ruling Sutan. Tarzan's party is placed in a chamber to await the council's decision. Meanwhile, Tom and Wolf slip out while the others seem to sleep, heading for the temple where the great diamond is kept in a white casket. The story is part of the Tarzan radio series, first broadcast on June 5, 1935.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
