What happens
Tarzan and his companions, Jeanette Burton, Dr. Wong Tai, and Lieutenant Dano, are captured by a band of yellow-skinned giants and carried to the walled city of Tor deep in the jungle. There they are brought before Atea, the veiled queen who rules the city. She questions the strangers about who they are and why they have come, and learns that Tarzan will not give her a straight answer about his relationship to Jeanette. Atea then rules that a challenge will decide Tarzan's fate, pitting him against Tango, chief of the outer guard, in personal combat. The episode ends with Tango charging at Tarzan with a heavy cudgel. The series is Tarzan, and the original air date and cast are not given in the transcript.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
