What happens
Bragg, an escaped convict, plans to flee a river prison with his partners Runtz and Moisha during a flood. The rising waters, the evacuation of the inmates, and a dangerous journey through the flooded town drive the tension. Bragg and Moisha reach his mother's house, where they wait out the flood before heading toward freedom.
