The episode is from Suspense, first broadcast on May 3, 1955, and stars Tony Barrett and Charlotte Lawrence.

A grocery store and the neighborhood apartments around it in a city, at night

Characters: Harry, Rose, Mr. Leibowitz, Mrs. Leibowitz, Jimmy, Mrs. Dooley, Paul

Listen for: The rumbling elevated train that passes by Rose's apartment and makes conversation difficult

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
