What happens

Walt, a man living under a false name at a mountain gas station near Victorville, California, has his past catch up with him during a blizzard. A customer who strongly suspects Walt is a former associate from Jersey City begins a series of threatening phone calls, and Walt's wife Sally grows increasingly uneasy about her husband's secrets. As snow closes the mountain pass, the tension builds through the night. Tom McKee stars in this installment of the Suspense series, first broadcast on March 8, 1955.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
