What happens
Vince wakes from a vivid nightmare in which he struggled with a man in a room lined with doors, and he later finds a key and a button from the dream in his own belongings. Frightened, he tells his brother-in-law Cliff, a detective, who doubts him and grows angry. Vince then hears of the strange house with mirrored walls and the key that seems to belong to it. Suspense, a radio drama by William Irish, is presented with Eddie Bracken starring as Vince and William Conrad featured, from the 1948 broadcast. The story ends with Vince and Cliff confronting each other over what Vince has really done.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
