What happens
Kenny waits outside a building on Marquis Street for his fiancee Stephanie, who went inside to deliver a package for her employer, Mr. Hessen. When she does not return, Kenny searches the building and finds the flat she entered is empty and unrented. Police Lieutenant Gilman is called in, and Kenny's account begins to conflict with the facts uncovered. This is Suspense, an episode of the radio drama series, broadcast in December 1945 and starring Lee Bowman.
