What happens

Nick Arnold, a dreamy and bitter circus hand, watches his older brother Duke run the Duke Arnold Show, a traveling carnival. Nick resents Duke's control over the show and his wife Nora, and he begins to plot against the people in his way. Duke's partner Lee is the first to clash with him over the show's business and his wife. The episode is from Suspense, first broadcast on March 29, 1951, and stars Jack Carson. Nick's scheming unfolds through a series of tense confrontations among the performers and crew of the carnival.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
