What happens
Dixie Evans, a dancer at the Oasis Club in Las Vegas, tells a police lieutenant that her husband, Charlie, is trying to kill her. She describes being attacked from behind outside the club late one night, and later finding the gas jet in their hotel room turned on. The lieutenant questions her closely about her claims and what proof she has. This Suspense broadcast, from the CBS series, aired on February 25, 1952, starring Linda Darnell. The story is written by Richard George Petitcini.
