What happens
Clark Kent learns that his editor Perry White has vanished after refusing to attack the World Peace Federation in the Daily Planet, and that publisher John Grayson may hold the key to the mystery. Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen worry that an inflammatory editorial will reach print within the hour. Clark, changing into Superman, searches for Grayson in a violent hurricane over the Atlantic, where he finds the publisher's battered cabin cruiser and rescues him. Grayson is alive but barely conscious. The episode is part of The Adventures of Superman radio series, first broadcast on August 12, 1946.
