What happens
Clark Kent works to revive publisher John Grayson in a village doctor's home after Grayson was pulled from a storm-tossed sea. Grayson has lost the will to live, and Clark urges him to help find the missing editor Perry White. Meanwhile at the Metropolis Daily Planet, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen fear an editorial attacking the World Peace Federation will run in the next edition. Boris Archenko, the pressman, tries to halt it, but a mysterious man named Homer Smith and his armed men take control of the press room. The episode ends with the next edition about to go to press and the editorial still set to appear on page one.
