What happens
Jimmy Olsen and Beanie Martin, Daily Planet employees, suspect that the Metropolis Song Publishing Company is a racket. Poco, a small-time songwriter, has been persuaded to pay part of the publishing costs for his song, borrowing and pawning to raise the money. Jimmy plans to visit the company's office, where the self-styled Professor Blessing and his henchman Froggy handle the arrangement. Jimmy arranges with Beanie to fetch the money from the bank while he pursues his scheme to expose the company. The episode is the fifth part of The Adventures of Superman, a radio serial, and this installment ends with the swindlers suspicious of Jimmy's real purpose.
