What happens
Clark Kent and Major Evans Dover, an explorer, are trapped in an underground dungeon beneath an ancient Mayan temple in Central America. Earlier, the pair and their pilot Jack Corboy had searched for the preserved body of a Mayan princess revered by the local tribe. Dover has been seized by the tribe's high priest, Camado, and Kent, who is secretly Superman, has come to rescue him. The episode is part two of the Superman radio serial, first broadcast on August 14, 1940. The lead actors are not named in the transcript.
