What happens
Jimmy Olsen, posing as a young hoodlum, has been caught by Frank Hill's hate-mongering gang and is bound and gagged in their car. Clark Kent and editor Perry White wait anxiously at the Daily Planet, where Clark has searched the city for his missing colleague. Meanwhile, Maria, the daughter of an organ grinder, reads a desperate note Jimmy dropped from a window and realizes he is in danger. Maria phones Clark Kent with the message, and the story builds toward the bridge where Jimmy is being taken.
