What happens
Clark Kent and Lois Lane are investigating a phantom car that has caused several accidents on the roads of the Baro deude Ranch, which they suspect is meant to frighten owner Steve Graham into selling. After Superman rescues young Jimmy Olsen and the gaucho Alfredo from a burning cabin, the group returns to the ranch and learns that the man named Shorty was only a tool. Kent sets a trap by inventing a buyer named Orville Winston who is travelling up to the ranch in Graham's car. Kent drives toward the tunnel where the ghost car has appeared, and the story continues from there.
