What happens
Henry Miller, a reporter at the Daily Planet who is secretly working for the Nazi scientist Toyfel, lures Jimmy Olsen into a trap in the countryside north of Metropolis. Miller tells Clark Kent that Jimmy is in danger, and Kent heads out to rescue him. At a lonely beach house, Miller reveals a device strapped to his throat and metal gloves that give him atomic power, and he turns on Superman. The episode is the sixteenth part of the serial The Adventures of Superman, broadcast on October 31, 1945, and it ends on a cliffhanger.
