What happens
Batman and Robin break into the stone mansion of George Latimer to recover a fragment of Kryptonite, the only substance that can weaken Superman. Inside the basement they are attacked by a vicious dog, and Superman arrives to help them escape. Later, when Superman has not returned to meet them, Batman and Robin are taken into custody by Inspector Henderson. Hoping to locate their friend, they return with the inspector to search Latimer's house from top to bottom, and Batman fears that Superman may be trapped inside. The Adventures of Superman, from 1947, is broadcast as a serial and this episode is part seven of the story.
