What happens
Clark Kent is trapped on the wing of an airplane, which is caught in a dangerous ice coating and plunging toward mountain peaks. June and Captain Anderson wait in the cabin with the pilot as the plane falls. The group is headed toward the North Star Mine, where they hope to contact the mine operators Pemberton and Deneen. Kent later arrives at the mine's entrance looking for a car and the mine, and he meets men who appear to be lying in wait for him. The Adventures of Superman is a radio serial, first broadcast on March 15, 1940, and this episode is presented as a transcription feature.
