What happens
Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen sail aboard the Clara M, the last of the old clipper ships, heading south toward Panama. The ship has been troubled by a ghostly whistling, and a stowaway named Pug Flanagan has confessed to impersonating the phantom whistler. The crew grows mutinous and afraid, and Captain Barnaby tries to keep order. Jimmy confides in Clark that he overheard Barnaby speaking to the men, saying they had been paid to sign on and must wait for the right moment to take the ship. Clark and Jimmy go on deck to search the fog for the source of the whistling. This is the fifteenth part of the Superman radio serial, first broadcast in 1941.
