What happens
Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen are aboard the Clara M, a clipper ship on a round-the-world cruise. Kent suspects the helmsman was steering off course on purpose, and he grows suspicious of the first mate, Teak Barnaby, who joined the crew unusually quickly. After a confrontation in the captain's quarters and a search of Kent's cabin, a storm strikes the ship and its heavy anchor begins swinging dangerously against the hull. Kent slips away to fly back to Metropolis on a quick investigation, leaving the crew to deal with the danger. This episode is Part 05 of the Adventures of Superman, first aired on March 14, 1941.
