What happens
Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne visit Inspector Henderson at Metropolis Police Headquarters, where the inspector claims evidence proves Superman robbed several banks and gave the stolen money to charity. Henderson shows them cards sent with the money, and a handwriting expert says Superman wrote them, though Kent insists the writing is not his. Kent asks for time and promises to produce the real bank robber within 24 hours or else turn over Superman. Hurrying away with Wayne in a taxi, Kent explains that he believes the robberies are part of a plot against him and that he plans to set a trap. The episode is part seven of The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on February 6, 1946.
