What happens
Clark Kent and Nancy Bartlett, owner of Happy Land Amusement Park, wait for a call from Lois Lane, who has gone to retrieve a bill of sale from Midway Martin. The line goes dead mid-call, and Kent traces it to the Colonial Hotel in Parkville. Kent leaves to find her while Nancy stays at the park, anxious and blaming herself. Lois has been taken by Martin and his henchman Kelly, who threaten her for following them. She escapes with the bill of sale and drives back toward the park, while Martin and Kelly give chase on a narrow mountain road. The episode is the sixth part of a serial, and this part ends with the chase on that road.
