What happens
Clark Kent, Sergeant Adams and Sam Robbins, a close friend of the wounded veteran Joe Martin, are at the Metropolis Hospital after Joe is shot during a veterans' protest at the state capital. Political boss George Latimer then publicly accuses Robbins of firing the gun. Robbins reacts angrily and is taken away, and Clark challenges Latimer's accusation and his remarks about background and prejudice. Clark then speaks with two veterans who were beside Joe and Robbins at the protest. The episode ends with a newspaper report that a gun has been found in Robbins's home. This is part three of The Adventures of Superman, a radio serial.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
