What happens
Clark Kent, a reporter for the Daily Planet, learns of a plot to kill Henry Benson, a former city treasurer, who is due to be moved from city jail to state prison. Kent and editor Perry White are captured by Duke Renard's men and taken to a frame house. Renard, a gang leader, mocks White and sits with the prisoners, while Kent sends an urgent message to Dr. Robling, hoping the inventor is listening on his voice machine. The episode is part eleven of The Adventures of Superman, aired in 1941.
