What happens
Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen are visiting Tumbleweed Jones at his Lost Valley ranch, where oil has been found on land given to him by his friend Comanche Joe. Banker Abner Cheney is pressuring Tumbleweed over the oil pipeline and has had Comanche Joe killed. In this part, Cheney's henchman Dan Larsen turns against him and sets out to take his revenge. Meanwhile Superman travels to the Indian reservation, where the dead man's father receives him at the council ring and Superman asks for a bullet to compare with evidence. Jimmy Olsen, alone in the bunkhouse, is woken by Larsen pounding on the door, and Cheney and Connor are closing in on the ranch. The episode ends with Jimmy and Larsen trapped together.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
