What happens
Clark Kent and young Jimmy Olsen ride toward the Comanche reservation to persuade the chief that his late son Comanche Joe gave the ranch to Tumbleweed, who has been arrested for fraud by local banker Abner Chaney. Ambushed on the trail by Dan Larson and another man, Jimmy is wounded in the shoulder. Back at the ranch Kent removes the bullet and realizes its markings could tie the gun to Comanche Joe's killing. Overhearing Chaney and Larson's conversation, he learns they knew of the death early and planned to dispose of Tumbleweed. The story stops as Larson and Chaney quarrel over the plan.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
