What happens
Clark Kent persuades Inspector Henderson to abandon a raid on Pearly's messenger service, offering a different plan to break the counterfeiting ring. Kent's scheme depends on Mary Henig regaining Pearly's trust so she can learn where the phony money comes from and who stands above him. Pearly's men, meanwhile, move the counterfeit money and his henchman Herman grows suspicious of Mary. Part 07 of The Adventures of Superman, first broadcast on October 25, 1946, ends with Mary walking alone through a dark street toward a late-night meeting with Pearly, unaware that Herman is following her with a knife.
