What happens
Superman searches for Jimmy Olsen and Perry White, who have been taken by the Clan of the Fiery Cross, a group of hooded bigots. With help from Chuck Riggs, nephew of the clan's grand scorpion Matt Riggs, he follows truck tracks through the hills. He finds a clearing where the two captives were bound and nearly buried, and rescues them, then rounds up the clansmen. Matt Riggs, however, has escaped, and the search for him continues into the night. The Adventures of Superman is a radio serial of the 1940s, and this installment was first broadcast on June 26, 1946.
