What happens
Clark Kent travels west by train toward Boulder City, where a national monument is to be dedicated in the Buffalo Hills. Aside from the men whose names come up in the story, the passengers include Asah, an elderly scientist and photographer who has a curious story to tell about a past visit to the town. Superman follows a suspicious figure beneath a car and confronts him, learning that a bomb has been placed under the train. The episode is the second part of a serial, and this guide covers its opening stretch, so the story is not resolved here. The series is The Adventures of Superman, first aired on 1940-05-15.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
