What happens
Clark Kent, weakened by Henry Miller's atomic power, is trapped in a hidden cellar beneath a garage at a country house owned by the late Sidney, Miller's henchman. Perry White, Jimmy Olsen and private detective Candy Myers come to the house searching for him. They hear faint pounding from the garage floor but find nothing obvious. Later Kent calls through a house phone, sounding confused, and says he is in the garage. The three men search the empty garage, where a hidden panel and a concealed button lead them to the cellar below.
