What happens
Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen face the aftermath of Al Vincent's criminal scheme against the Daily Planet staff. After Superman rescues the trio from a car sent toward a quarry, Mary Henning tearfully admits she helped Vincent steal for him, and Inspector Anderson takes her statement. Vincent and his partner Martin Higgins are held without bail pending a grand jury session. At Juvenile Court, the judge delivers his verdict on Mary, the sentence is suspended, and she is paroled into Lois Lane's custody. The episode closes with Henry Marshall elected mayor and Jimmy's baseball team heading toward a championship game. This is part 14 of the Superman series, first broadcast June 7, 1946.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
