What happens
Peter Kirk, a wealthy young skier, meets Dr. Helen Hunt after a fall on a slope and proposes marriage. Helen agrees to marry him, though she is wary of combining a wealthy husband with her medical career. The newlyweds settle into a large house, where Peter grows jealous of Vandermeer, a patient who keeps calling Helen. Peter's pride and jealousy lead him into an unexpected job selling ties.
