What happens
In the Paris of 1914, Chico, a sewer worker with a dream of becoming a street cleaner, rescues a cafe girl named Deanna from a beating and takes her home. To keep up appearances with an official who comes to check on them, they pretend to be married and share his garret. Their relationship grows closer as Chico becomes more devoted to her. Starring Tyrone Power and Annabella, this is the Screen Guild Theater's adaptation of Seventh Heaven, broadcast on December 15, 1940.
