What happens
Richard Diamond investigates a blackmail scheme involving two unconnected men being extorted by someone using an unusual method: a homing pigeon named Andy. When both victims reveal they have false teeth made by the same oral surgeon, Diamond zeroes in on Dr. Cutler's office as the source of the blackmailer's information.
New York City, primarily Richard Diamond's office and Dr. Cutler's dental office on Madison Avenue
Characters: Richard Diamond, Roger Renard, John Miller, Lieutenant Walt Levinson, Sergeant Otis, Dr. Cutler, Miss Barrow, Helen
Listen for: The clever connection between two blackmail victims linked only by their mutual dentist; the revelation of Miss Barrow's crime and capture; the running gag about Renard's new false teeth that click and make bird-like sounds
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
