What happens
Ranger Bill and his friends Stumpy, Mary Lou and Henry are camping on Lake Arthur, a lake near Naughty Pine with an island in its middle. Strange sounds and flashing lights disturb their nights, and a grumpy camper named Mr. Meany complains about everyone using the path near his tent. Mary Lou suspects that a person is behind the noises, and Bill and Stumpy set out to investigate. The episode is part of the Ranger Bill series and is titled Mystery Island. The first part of the story sets up the mystery and the suspicion that falls on Mr. Meany.
