What happens

Ranger Bill Jefferson teaches flying to his young friends Henry and Mary Lou in Naughty Pine. Henry's cousin Richard arrives from out of town, eager to learn to fly too. Richard is confident and impatient, and Bill is wary of his recklessness. Over breakfast and at the local drugstore, the friends discuss airplanes, science and God, and Richard admits he struggles to understand how God can be everywhere at once. As Richard prepares for his first solo flight, Bill grows concerned that his eagerness may lead to trouble.

Naughty Pine, a small town with a train station, an airport and a drugstore with a soda fountain

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
